Pregnant singer Alicia Keys looks to be feeling the strain as she takes a stroll with husband Swiss Beatz

Pregnant singer Alicia Keys looked exhausted as she took a stroll through Manhattan with her husband Swiss Beatz this week.

The 29-year-old, who was dressed casually in a billowing blue top and denim cut off shorts with black gladiator sandals, gripped on to Beatz’s arm as they walked through the Tribeca area together.

The singer was clutching a bag of grapes and a Blackberry in one hand and a pair of eye glasses in the other while her husband was sporting a bandage on his right wrist
The newlyweds are preparing for the birth of their first child together this November and Beatz recently spoke of his love for Keys, saying that he felt ‘blessed’ to be married to her.

‘It's a blessing,’ he told MTV.com. ‘I look at my relationship with my wife as a union that's just connected... spiritually.
