Alicia Keys We Want Peace Video w George Clooney

Alicia Keys has recently released a sneak peek of her latest music video, and it features quite a few guest performers, some who are a bit more unconventional than others.

The song is entitled “We Want Peace”, and is a video to help lobby for peace around the world. The song is originally written by Emmanuel Jai, a Sudanese rapper who said that he wanted the video to help raise awareness about the Global Initiative for Sudan, and Africa as well.

Alicia Keys recently hosted Keep a Child Alive, and raised money for the cause by partnering with numerous celebrities.

She has now partnered with Jai and other celebs like George Clooney in order to bring awareness to the new initiative taking place. Although the full music video has not been released yet, Keys offers her fans a sneak peek, saying, “I’m calling out the whole wide world, help me scream and shout that we want peace.”

There are other celebs involved in the movement besides Keys and Clooney. Peter Gabriel makes an appearance, along with Richard Branson, Kofi Annan, and Jimmy Carter.

All have stepped out to help bring awareness to these issues.
